On 6–7 November 2025, Prof. Tetiana Vitenko (Department of Food Technology Equipment) and Assoc. Prof. Yuriy Skorenkyy (Department of Physics) represented ۶ý (TNTU) at the second transnational partner meeting of the international project UA-Talent-UP, hosted by the University of Cyprus (Nicosia).
International project UA-Talent-UP (No. 101129457) is implemented under the EU Erasmus+ Programme – Capacity Building in Higher Education. The project aims to strengthen the competences of Ukrainian higher education teachers and trainers, enhancing students’ global entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and intercultural skills.
During the session “Creativity Hubs and Implementation of UA Trainings. State of the Art and Action Plan,” the TNTU team presented the university’s progress:
establishment of a Creativity Hub and approval of its Regulations;
development and adoption of the Regulations on Micro-certification of learning outcomes;
delivery of several training sessions for students and staff on global competences and entrepreneurial skills;
ongoing development of an online course focused on creating and implementing MOOCs, to be followed by practical workshops for academic staff.
The meeting’s agenda included discussions on the development and evaluation of the MOOC platform, its sustainability, the implementation of UA-Talent-UP trainings and Creativity Hubs in Ukrainian universities, dissemination of project results, and planning of further steps.
TNTU’s participation in the meeting strengthened international cooperation, contributed to aligning approaches to creative and entrepreneurial education, and promoted the integration of innovative teaching practices into Ukraine’s higher education system.
